» Background - Giampiero is an antique dealer who has 2 shops in the famous via del Governo Vecchio, in 2004 he decided to convert 2 of his properties into luxury apartments. Having seen the web site for the Hotel Teatro Pace (just round the corner) Giampiero approached Fisheyes and asked us to design and market a website.

» Project Goals - Create a web site that would be highly visible in the search engines for phrases like “guest house piazza Navona” to attract professional couples and families from the British, North American and German markets. Secure online booking was essential to the success of the project

» Fisheyes and Navona Suites - A simple and effective web site was developed with the emphasis on the property’s excellent location (Google satellite images were added to the site) and a comprehensive questions and answers section was added in order to minimize the exchange of emails (initially Giampiero’s English was not the greatest so communication with clients was a little difficult in the beginning… we are pleased to say that it has since come on leaps and bounds!)

» Results - The project has been so successful that the Navona Suites are now renovating 2 other properties which were formerly used as storage, this will mean the addition of a further 6 luxury apartments in July 2006. The popular web site www.tripadvisor.com rates the Navona Suites as the 5th best Bed and Breakfast in Rome out of 500 properties listed!

» Summary - An excellent working relationship has developed into a friendship that has seen Fisheyes also develop Giampiero’s sister web site for her dental practice in Rome www.adadentistsrome.com
