» Background - Vincenzo and his sister Barbara, took over the city centre Arena Guest House in 2003 (it was formerly called the Guest House Belli) Straight away they asked Fisheyes to provide them with secure online booking and an increased web presence through the re-design, optimization and registration of the existing web site.

» Project Goals - The objective was simple - design and Market a web site in order that the Arena Guest House was completely self-dependent i.e. sell all of the rooms through their own web site - no tour operators, travel agents and other companies commanding large commissions.

» Fisheyes and Arena House - An excellent working relationship developed and the project proved to be a huge success. A virtual tour was added to the web site and a dynamic Special Offers page was created with a direct link to the online booking system. A strategic 2 year plan was implemented with Competitive prices during low season and Customer Loyalty Schemes were implemented.

» Results - The project was 100% successful and the proof is that to date the Arena House sells ALL of their rooms through the web site! In addition, the very popular web site www.tripadvisor.com rates the Arena House is rated as the 4th best Bed and Breakfast in Rome (out of 250)
